Wind power for the future
The 3U GROUP is making targeted investments to expand its wind energy capacity, actively driving the energy transition forward. Priority lies on repowering the wind farms in Langendorf and Klostermoor, as well as launching new projects, such as in Brandenburg. Together with Wiso Energie GmbH, we aim to increase our output from 53 MW to up to 200 MW.
In doing so, we are not only contributing to a climate-friendly energy future but also strengthening regional value creation – with modern technology and sustainable infrastructure.

Sustainable vehicle fleet
Most of our company cars are being transitioned to electric mobility – a further step toward CO2 reduction and promoting environmentally friendly transportation. This move sends a clear signal for sustainable corporate management and future-oriented mobility. For efficient use of our fleet, ten charging stations are available in our parking area, enabling convenient and eco-conscious vehicle charging.
Energy-efficient headquarters in Marburg
Our new building in Marburg is a prime example of sustainable architecture. Constructed according to the latest energy and environmental standards, this office building is part of our commitment to achieving carbon neutrality. Equipped with a solar system that generates up to 36.4 megawatt hours of clean energy per year and modern charging points for electric vehicles, the building sets new benchmarks for energy efficiency and sustainable infrastructure. In addition, green spaces and native trees promote biodiversity and enhance the microclimate around the site.
Sustainable mobility for employees
Sustainability doesn’t stop at our parking lot: we actively promote eco-friendly mobility in our employees’ everyday lives. Through our bike leasing program, they can easily switch to cycling – whether traditional or electric. Covered bicycle parking with integrated charging stations for e-bikes are available directly at the company site.
Smart use of solar energy
In the HVAC segment, the 3U GROUP focuses on climate-friendly technologies for private and commercial customers. Through our subsidiary Selfio, we offer complete photovoltaic systems and support households taking control of their own energy supply. From planning to installation, we make it easy to enter the world of sustainable, decentralized power generation – simple, efficient, and future-proof.
In doing so, we make clean energy accessible to many and actively promote the energy transition – right from everyday life.
