As an IT specialist for system integration, you’ll learn how to plan, install, and maintain IT systems. You’ll become an expert in networks, servers, and security. Whether hardware or software – you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.

If you enjoy organizing everyday office life, managing processes, and taking on responsibility, then the apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant is just the perfect fit for you!
What to expect:
• Organization & communication: you’ll coordinate appointments and meetings and act as the contact person for colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Administration & accounting: You’ll take care of invoices, financial documents, and data management.
• Modern IT tools: You’ll work with software for document management and team communication.
With this training, you’ll become an organizational pro for planning, coordination, and administration, both internally and externally.

THIS IS WHAT YOU GET!
Here you’ll find an overview of information, trainee comforts and special extras designed to support your journeystart with us – so you can hit the ground running right from the start.
Office hours
You will work 28 hours a week in our company, the rest – 12 hours – will be spent at school. This allows you to gain practical experience and expand your knowledge at the same time.
Daily route
Headquarters Marburg: Free parking, good bus connections and a cycle path without any car-traffic. Plus, a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket, so you can travel comfortably.
Caring feedback
There are weekly one-on-ones with your mentor in which we talk about your well-being, feedback and upcoming tasks. We also continue these weekly personal meetings for all permanent employees after the apprenticeship.
Onboarding
At the beginning, you will have an onboarding week where you’ll get to know your unit, other departments, and the company. Your team will organize lunch breaks, and your mentor as well as your buddy will accompany you during the initial phase.
Fulfillment & Career
You can make a career with us – from apprentice to junior to senior or even up to management later on. But you can also find professional fulfillment in other positions. We will accompany you on your journey.
Salary
2nd year of apprenticeship 990 gross
3rd year of apprenticeship 1,100 gross
Applicable for all apprenticeships.
Fit for the final exam
To prepare for your final exam, you are of course welcome to continue using your work laptop. If needed, we’ll also support you with study materials.
Locations
Our headquarters are in Marburg, where most of your apprenticeship will take place. We also offer training in Ludwigsburg, which is why you’ll occasionally visit the team there together with your colleagues.
Vacation
You’ll receive 30 days of annual vacation to relax and recharge. Use the time however suits you best – whether it’s for travel, leisure activities, or simply to unwind.
Job offer
If your results are good, you may receive an offer from us for permanent employment with an open-ended contract.
