At 3U, we promote the development of our employees through in-house knowledge transfer and practice-oriented training by certified specialists, thereby encouraging long-term learning and professional growth.
We also offer external training courses through renowned providers such as IHK and TA-Bildungszentrum to expand professional expertise. We support individual development goals and actively guide career progression to ensure the right steps are taken for your professional advancement.
Trainees in a retraining program can apply to us. If the professional field matches our requirements, we take on the practical part of the retraining in cooperation with a school-based provider.

CAREER AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
We promote clear career development based on our standardized role model.
You start as an apprentice or student, followed by a permanent position via a junior position. With appropriate experience and performance, regular and eventually senior- level is possible. From this point onwards, there are two levels of management. Alternatively, from the regular position in the IT sector, there is an opportunity to develop a specialization.
We actively support individual growth and implement targeted actions to support progression through maturity levels aligned with our development model.
There are also further opportunities for career or job changes within the 3U GROUP. Job advertisements are available to our employees on a prioritized basis.
